How to Manage Sales Funnel?

Orca SaaS's powerful sales funnel management system allows you to track all opportunities and increase conversion rates.

Sales Stages

Default sales stages:

  1. First Contact: Initial communication with potential customer
  2. Qualified Lead: Potential customer with identified needs
  3. Proposal Preparation: Creating custom proposal
  4. Negotiation: Discussing price and terms
  5. Closing: Finalizing the deal

Creating Custom Stages

Add custom stages that fit your sales process:

  • Go to Settings > Sales Funnel menu
  • Click 'Add New Stage' button
  • Define stage name, color and order
  • Set stage transition rules

Opportunity Cards

Create detailed cards for each opportunity:

  • Customer information
  • Deal value and probability
  • Related documents
  • Activity history
  • Notes and reminders

Automated Workflows
